Dr. Ginger and the office staff, Emily, Heavenly, Erica, and Shauntae were amazing. They were all so polite and kind. Even after my visit, they ensured I got all of my lab results as soon as they got them. They were pleasant with every phone call. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Over all great experience my very first visit. I walked in without an appointment mid afternoon, got checked in in a very timely manner and within minutes was called back. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Kristi and Heather Parker PA were both awesome. Definitely recommend if you need to visit.

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.
