Went to the walk-in and the staff was amazing and friendly.  No wait time - got me in and out right away!  Definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone💖

I went on a Saturday morning for nail injury and I checked in on my phone when I came in. I was greeted and called quickly. All the staff were nice and professional, I can’t remember all their names but I do remember Melissa the provider who was very gentle, kind, and professional. I was in a lot of pain and she did great. The clinic was very clean and organized!! Left satisfied and with way less pain.

Came in after neck pain from a roller coaster ride. Was very courteous and professional.  Quickly noted I needed to go to the ER for treatment out of the scope of your practice. I appreciate your care given. As a nurse of 45 years was very impressed with your care. Thank you !!

Front desk was a bit meh…. But maybe that’s just her demeanor. Wasn’t the usual girls who are bright and bubbly there. They set the bar pretty night though and maybe she was just having an off day. It was pretty busy so I can understand. My only issue is that we checked in online and told we had to be in 15 minutes before our appt, only to wait in the lobby for over an hour. I get that you’re busy but why not just make the check in time at the actual time? That was frustrating. I go there because that’s not an issue.

Always smiling and attentive. I am usually a walk-in and don’t have a real long time to wait. The inside staff communicates process and wait time.  I would recommend this urgent care any time.

The screener was aggressive and rude. Challenged me when I answered the pain scale question as I did not present the way he felt I should have by my answer. I felt very judged and not taken seriously. I have been sick fighting with my symptoms for 2 weeks I didn't need to be questioned why I waited so long if it was as bad as I said. After my visit he was very loud in the hallway with the instructions for my next steps and cut me off when I had questions. I hated every part of my interaction with that screener and just added to my stress of my illness.

Finally gave up fighting my sinus infection without medical help. I called your Tyrone office and spoke to Samantha. She assured me the office could help with my problem and explained the online reservation system. Reserving and registering was very easy. The entire care team is top notch. I left the office with a smile. Thank you all.

My visit was helpful and affordable even without insurance. At every step I was met with friendliness and respect, and I very much appreciate the provider and others who assisted.

I tried to yesterday to schedule a urine test for today but they said just come in and I got there at 11:45 and I wasn't finished till 2:15 I don't think it was their fault necessarily although they couldn't let me schedule the urine test so I had to wait for the whole Hernando county water company to get tested so I had like 16 people ahead of me.
