I had a 1:00 appt for COVID-19 testing. When I checked in, they told me they were running 3 hours behind. They said they would text me when to returned. They texted me at 4:00 to say they were still running behind. I was finally texted at 5:00 to come to the lobby. Throughout, Kimberly was polite and professional. You have a gem there. I saw Lisa who was equally professional and competent. You really need to give those people more staffing.

The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. After receiving my negative test, they did some more examining to determine what was making me sick and wrote prescriptions to deal with the infection.

The nurse that saw me and my doctor where very nice and professional. That being said the nurse that came to do my flu and covid test was not. First the two nose test that she administered where rough and done just at the very end of my nose not in the noise. Every covid test and flu test I have had in the past where up the nose. Second she was rough with the test and did not have a good bedside manner. My daughter was in the room beside me and when she was done I was informed by her that her nurse was mean to her and administered her test the same way.

I've came here several times for various things. Everything is typically good, staff, procedures. But this time the wait time was terrible. Over 2 hours for an urgent care at all 3 locations- Hixson, Chattanooga, Ooltewah. Granted this was December 26th. But no excuse for you all not to forecast better for staffing and more sickness during this time of year. I was miserable enough being sick and the wait made it worse.

The MA or nurse (not sure) who did my covid test was incredible and super friendly. Working in healthcare I see a lot of people get stuck in the rut of patient after patient, but she was so upbeat and happy and made me have such a comfortable experience. The male NP who came in was equally as amazing. Not having the covid vaccine has made me feel a bit judged in other medical settings (I’ve had covid and have a high antibody count) but I felt no judgement from this NP. He explained things in the best manner and made me feel completely at ease. A true healthcare professional! So happy with this visit!

I needed liquid medicine I told 3to4 people went to pharmacy and it was pills . I can't take them. They just called with test results and when I told her about liquid medicine she hung up.

Check in was a hassle and I was told the Doctor would not see me unless I left a Credit Card number on file.  I paid the $10.00  co-pay.  in cash and you already had my insurance info and then was told the doctor would not see me unless I left the cc number. I think this policy is absolutely wrong! And on top of everything else you would not give me a receipt - you were going to send it to my email!
