I walked in which I expected. I was checked in and waited on my car until called. I went in & went into a room very quickly. The nurse talked with me & gave me a Covid test. I waited about 15 minutes for the results which a PA gave me. The test was negative and he checked me and told me what to do for my symptoms & what to do if anything changed. Great experience!

Felt like I was being observed. assessed, and listened to by a personable seasoned pro, and the treatment she prescribed has helped my issues very much. Also great to get negative tests back within 15 minutes, on the spot for Strep and Covid. So glad this urgent care is in my neighborhood! Was in and out in less than hour! Remarkable and impressive. Highly recommend.

Woke up not feeling good check in was fast and convenient, from the beginning checking in to being seen in the back every one greeted me with a smile. Jadie was very sweet and easy to talk to. I Hurt my knee and came in to get it checked out. The staff were very nice and helpful. The Doctor on schedule, Victor, was very informative and helpful with letting me know what was wrong and how to proceed with treatment.

I was a walk in on a holiday so the wait time wasn't great but wasn't surprised. The staff was great and very attentive. My P.A. didn't find an obvious problem but listened to my description of my symptoms and decided to x-ray my lungs. She did find pneumonia and prescribed medications for that. By the time I got home my symptoms were progressively getting worse. I'm so happy she took my comments seriously...she was going to start an antibiotic anyhow but finding the pneumonia allowed her to go full force. I'm really thankful for this group!

I I was a walk-in.I was greeted by very nice front desk person. I did the check in process which was quick and was seen with him 15 minutes. The doctor was pleasant and thorough. I would highly recommend AFC.

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.
