Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Receptionist helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. No wait, was seen immediately. Nurse was compassionate, friendly and professional. Nurse practitioner listened, was compassionate and answered all my questions. Diagnosed immediately and explained my condition and how to handle it. They went out of their way to help explain how to receive a refund because I had just moved and didn’t have my Medicare card. Great experience. Highly recommend recommend this facility.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.
