American Family Care (AFC Urgent Care) Locations in Nashville, TN

Front front desk to back with M.A and doctor, they were nice and listen to me. Was very satisfy with my visit.

Check in at office in time. Staff were there.  Helped me with all care.  Doctor and staff took my physical examination.   Overall it’s a good family care clinic for patients.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Came in with Covid or cold symptoms. I was seen within 20 minutes of my appt. It was easy to get an appointment same day. Thank you AFC!

Check in was a hassle and I was told the Doctor would not see me unless I left a Credit Card number on file.  I paid the $10.00  co-pay.  in cash and you already had my insurance info and then was told the doctor would not see me unless I left the cc number. I think this policy is absolutely wrong! And on top of everything else you would not give me a receipt - you were going to send it to my email!

Woke up this morning feeling sick came into the urgent care and was in and out within 1hr. The staff were helpful and friendly !
