Went for covid testing with symptoms so qualified for walk-in appointment; given current outbreak the wait time was very reasonable. Staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. Check in process could be streamlined; once checked in waiting in car in parking lot is comfortable with effective sms notification when ready.

I didn't rate wait time because there was a very long wait time due to tons of people showing up to get COVID testing. I was one of the last ones seen and had waited a long time but the staff was very organized and pleasant even though it had been a very long, busy day for them.

Making an appointment with AFC Urgent Care was quick and easy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. They even went the extra mile and speak to my insurance company to make sure I was covered for services. At my appointment time they were ready to meet my needs. The waiting area was extremely clean. I would go back there again. I would also recommend AFC Urgent Care to everyone. Thanks again!

I walked in which I expected. I was checked in and waited on my car until called. I went in & went into a room very quickly. The nurse talked with me & gave me a Covid test. I waited about 15 minutes for the results which a PA gave me. The test was negative and he checked me and told me what to do for my symptoms & what to do if anything changed. Great experience!

Seriously the best urgent care! Easy to book appt online,and prompt fast service everytime I've been here. They were quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use their services again.

My nurse from the start, and Dr. Emily Wheeler were both outstanding! Emily was thorough, efficient, pleasant, like an old friend I just met. Felt like I was being observed. assessed, and listened to by a personable seasoned pro, and the treatment she prescribed has helped my issues very much. Also great to get negative tests back within 15 minutes, on the spot for Strep and Covid. So glad this urgent care is in my neighborhood! Was in and out in less than hour! Remarkable and impressive. Highly recommend.

Irene was awesome. She helped me understand all that was going to happen. Megan made sure my daughter knew the importance of her getting tested for flu and COVID. My daughter just turned 18 and I was trying to let her speak for herself and having Megan talk to her and answer all her questions was comforting.

The staff was awesome! Lalaya got my daughter signed in so fast. They were busy, but Marie got us back fast. Seiji answered all my questions and told what I should do. He really made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend this urgent care for COVID testing and any non emergency needs.

I went in on Saturday to have my ankle x-rayed due to a sprain I incurred the Saturday before. My experience was excellent from the time I checked in until I left. The staff here are wonderful and welcoming and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this Urgent Care any day of the week!

This office was so great! We did in car drive-up Covid testing for a school exposure. They were so efficient, friendly and explained everything! I would highly recommend!

Went because my husband who is a 2x heart transplant receiver was showing signs of Covid after 3 boosters. From check-in to the nurse, the Dr. and check-out it was a wonderful experience! All staff were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing! Nurse was hilarious and Dr. was humorous as well! We got the best care in the best way!! We will definitely be back next time someone is sick!

Was very easy to make a COVID testing appt online. They texted when they were ready for us to come inside because I didn't want to wait inside with my young daughter. Once we were taken back, we only waited a few minutes before the tech came in and swabbed my daughter. We got results very quickly and left.
