I had to come to AFC Urgent Care for COVID testing, staff was really nice and caring, also very professional, I will recommend anyone to go there.

Waited 2 hour for Covid test but overall staff was very personable

very painless in & out covid pcr testing process.... wait time was about 3 minutes Appt time was adhered to

I’ve always been so scared to take a COVID test due to hearing the reviews and actually having to do it once and the lady was so rough. This time around the lady took her time, walked me through it and it wasn’t as bad as everyone seemed. Thank you again for being so amazing.

This is my third COVID test appointment at this facility and the only issue I have is with the receptionist who sits at the front desk when you walk in. I do not know her name but she is EXTREMELY LOUD and as soon as you walk in she screams “CAN I HELP YOU?!” For one, I don’t like to be yelled at. Number two, whatever she is saying to me is not confidential at all. Whoever is in the waiting room can hear our entire conversation because she’s so loud. She needs to lower her voice and be more considerate of the people around her. Her greeting could be more gentle and respectful.

The process for securing a COVID test is made easy with the SOLV app. Once your information has been entered, it's even easier for subsequent visits. The wait time is minimal. The facility is extremely clean, with plenty of sanitizer products. The staff is efficient and friendly.

I’ve had a few Covid tests and this by far the best experience I’ve had.

The young lady that assisted me in the covid test was extremely nice, professional and very very patient with me. She answered all my questions, was extra nice and respectful. I’ve had three test done at 3 different locations and this was by far the absolute best experience I’ve had. I’m so thankful and appreciative. I wish I could give her 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you so much.

Convenient to set appointment with the App. Staff are super nice. Highly recommend AFC Urgent Care in Airmont NY, if you need a COVID test.
