Dr. Rita was great and all the staff too !  Scheduling was fast!

Scheduled an appointment but was waiting over an hour despite only 2 patients in front of me to see a nurse for 2 mins. Paint stripping of the wall and run down.

The staff was very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I had to wait an hour, but once they took me back everyone was friendly and very efficient. Thank you!!

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

Nurse Bridget was amazing! Hands down the best NP I’ve ever met. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. 100% recommend her.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I’m actually a healthcare provider and the protocol for what I was seeking was not performed. It defeated the purpose of the visit. I wasted time and money.
