My daughter had been running a fever for a few days. Pediatrician was booked so as always I bring my kids in and they are always nice and attentive.

Scheduling fast and easy, staff wonderful as always , I had chosen this to be my primary care for my family there’s no wait I can get in any time no waiting days.  Just wonderful. Leslie and Hayley are the best. They truly care ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Yes I would love to recommend this provider!!

Definitely would recommend, American Family Care for your urgent or not so urgent medical needs.. Scheduling was a breeze online, check-in was simple, the staff went above and beyond their job title to make sure I was comfortable and treated with dignity and respect, no judgement. I am terrible with names but the receptionist was great wanted to say her name was Tanya but I'm not sure and then the office manager wow she was amazing no judgments very calming conversation very supportive. And the doctor actually sat down and spoke with me about different things that could be going on there was no definitive answer at that moment yet she was willing to listen to me and what I had to say and a lot of doctors today don't do that and I really felt like there was compassion in her demeanor seemed genuinely concerned about my situation and I like that I wasn't just a number like everywhere else they treated you like a person I thought they were great!

Woke up this morning with a horrible sinus pressure headache, coughing and no voice.  Arrived at afc and was seen pretty quickly and on my way with time to finish my errands. The entire staff was very friendly and efficient.

Bethany was a very good provider. She explained what was going on clearly and thoroughly. Obviously care about me.

Misdiagnosed my medical issue, PA said I had a sinus infection. I have ocular shingles and I may have eye damage. Thanks, I’ll never go back to Emergency care! BTW, antibiotics did nothing

It was after 5 on a Friday when I went in, so I wasn’t expecting it to be quick- everyone working there was great and helpful. I am frustrated that I delayed leaving my home to register online- and by the time I had everything in the time slot disappeared (it was still an hour from when I left). The info was not saved so when I arrived I had to go through it all again with slower, cell service.  I cannot emphasize this enough- everyone working there- reception, medical- were GREAT. Your online interface was meh at best. Thank you for your consideration!

Woke up not feeling great was able to get checked in and seen quickly. Very friendly and attentive staff and even checked on me after I left the following day.

I thought everybody that works there is awesome. It was a pleasant experience!

Wished I could make an appt. Fortunately the wait wasn’t terrible. He couldn’t have been more helpful. He helped to try to solve my issue. Very satisfied with the whole experience with AFC.
