Dr. Rita was great and all the staff too !  Scheduling was fast!

Super easy to book, the staff was SO nice (the woman at the front desk was beyond friendly) and they were punctual in seeing us and quick to treat. Highly recommend!

I had to wait an hour, but once they took me back everyone was friendly and very efficient. Thank you!!

Nurse Bridget was amazing! Hands down the best NP I’ve ever met. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. 100% recommend her.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Exceptional service and experience! Great atmosphere and very clean facility!!

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Normally we don’t wait too long here but we have been here for two hours now and that was with a scheduled appointment! We were here for about an hour before even getting called back. Another hour now and we got asked to do a review and we haven’t even finished our appointment. Time to find a new urgent care.

Scheduled an appointment but was waiting over an hour despite only 2 patients in front of me to see a nurse for 2 mins. Paint stripping of the wall and run down.

Everyone was extremely nice and kind. From the receptionist, down to the physician. We have found a place that we can rely on when needed.

The staff was very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour.
