Exceptional service and experience! Great atmosphere and very clean facility!!

Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.

Great experience as always.  Saw the nurse Practicioner this time and she was very thorough.

2nd time here, both visits were easy to check in, short waiting time with courteous and friendly staff.

Everything was fine. Many thanks to the receptionist, nurse, and doctor for their kindness.

Dr Seema was very caring and prompt to provide a report on the xray as soon as she got back in the office on the next day.  Great to have the xray machine to diagnose  fractures for energetic kids quickly.

The staff was very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I had to wait an hour, but once they took me back everyone was friendly and very efficient. Thank you!!

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.
