I needed my physical done or else i wouldnโ€™t be able to go back to work and i was able to schedule an appointment for same day. I never been there before but before i went in, i pre filled out paper work. When I got there, I didnโ€™t even have to wait, they took me right in at my scheduled time and i was out in less then 25 minutes!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes. ย So, why are there employees at the front desk, if Iโ€™m doing their job for them? ย I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check inโ€ฆ but they couldnโ€™t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. ย The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me. ย  Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
