My daughter was not feeling good today and I decided to get her checked. It was my first time at this urgent care and I was so thankful theyโ€™re open 24 hours! The wait time to get in was prompt. I loved that we had to scan a QR code to get all the paperwork done. With everything going on lately, I wouldnโ€™t want to keep passing on or receiving whatever everyone that goes in there has! The staff was beyond amazing and friendly! The nurse that checked my daughter was so soft spoken and sweet. Dr Geller was very nice and I loved that he spoke directly to my daughter and explained everything to her the whole time and acknowledged her as the young lady she is! This is a great urgent care and I would recommend them to anyone!

Doctor Abdelbkais was extremely attentive and generous. Front desk was pretty good. The only thing the MA gave false readings on my vitals, the pulse ox never read, but she said she seen numbers. Other than that visit was good.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), anyone who has been exposed to the hepatitis virus, either through sexual contact, sharing needles, or from mother to child during childbirth, should get tested. This includes individuals who have had unprotected sex, those who have used or currently use injectable drugs, and people with HIV. Additionally, individuals who have lived with or had close contact with someone with hepatitis should also get tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial because it can lead to serious health complications if left untreated, such as liver disease, liver cancer, and cirrhosis. The CDC reports that early detection can help prevent these complications and lead to better treatment outcomes. Furthermore, knowing your status can help prevent the spread of the virus to others.
