Acquired an upper extremity itchy rash.  Scheduled a 7:30am appointment and was seen quickly and provided with a prescription.  Great experience from beginning to end.  Efficient and friendly staff.  I would visit again.

I felt miserable when I walked in. The front receptionist was very nice but needed to remove mask when talking because it made her hard to understand. The Lab tech and doctor was very nice and very concerning about my feelings. I give the staff a 10. Thanks guy's

I wasn't feeling my best and needed to be seen so having problems with dizziness and ear ringing and pressure and peeing alot

Unfamiliar with the options for Urgent Care, in the Cullman area, led me to visiting Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, based on a trusted friend providing an excellent referral and personal recommendation, for myself, and my two kiddos, of whom have all experienced these unpleasant sickly germ infested symptoms, for going on 3 days…  Not only was the staff, beyond exceptional with personality, there was a flare for professionalism and informative conversation, from the very beginning, during a call to confirm insurances and scheduling nuances, but upon arrival, it was to be noted that, that this level of unmatched kindness and compassion and efficiency, was the standard of each and every interaction, of which we were so fortunate to be engaged with, throughout the entire process of our visit! Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness!  I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! Thank you, Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care team for the supportiveness of care and treatment, for myself kiddos and myself!

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
