The nurse was really great, very calming and smiled. The lady at the front desk was also awesome but when I was asked of all the medication that I take, they got everything correct and I was seeing because I thought I have a sinus infection and a doctor only prescribed me a medication that I’m already taking instead of giving me something that I felt like would help me. I take prednisone on a daily basis because of my lung condition and he prescribed me prednisone for what was going on with me and I just felt like I needed to get a second opinion.

Have a shard of glass imbedded in my right ring finger. Most of the shard was removed at the time of the occurrence however a small piece remains and has inflamed the finger making it swollen and painful. The nurse practitioner recommended that I make an appointment with a hand specialist. I was given the information and made the appointment for a few days later.

I am thankful that I could get into urgent care yesterday early. Wait time was very long and doctor only spent 5-10 minutes with me. Very brief exam. He asked me what medicine I can take and prescribed that. I am improving with this med and am thankful but don’t know that I would come back. That was the shortest exam I have ever had. He did not seem concerned. Dr Scott did apologize for the long wait . The staff was courteous. No update though on why the long wait from staff. Also she never had me fill out any medical history. No one did. Assistant To doctor was sweet. With an appointment sitting in waiting area with a lady very sick with no mask on coughing he whole time spreading her germs. There needs to be requirement to west bark or out her away from other people waiting.
