Everyone was fantastic. All the children's urgent cares were full so we took my son in for a persistent fever on advice of our pediatrician. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt like we got excellent care.

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

I found this clinic after a frustrating search for urgent care. As a tourist who had just arrived in Seattle it was a pleasant surprise to find a clean, friendly and competent place. Took a test , saw the doctor, got a prescription in a nearby pharmacy and felt already a lot better! Much appreciated!

Came in for a Covid test for my three year old on a Sunday... couldn’t get it with my regular provider and was grateful this was available. Sasha at the front desk reached out via text prior to the appointment to make sure I had all the information and answered my questions about costs as this was an out of network visit for me. She greeted me at the door and registration was a snap. David the MA was awesome getting vitals and taking the swab. My son said the swab just tickled and he was delighted with David giving him stickers. Jenna the PA was equally awesome with Leo and was able to check his ears too to rule out an ear infection. Really excellent experience with a great team.

The facility was clean and the staff were very kind and thorough. The doctor who helped me made sure that I had the proper tests taken and did everything she could to ease my concerns. I had made two previous appointments with a different company that was not as thorough. I trust that my health concerns will be taken care of after coming to indigo.

I am so impressed with this drive through COVID testing site at Ash Way. Everyone was efficient in their instructions, friendly and made the process quick and easy. I appreciate everyone's time and support in being out in the elements so that the public can be tested in a safe and streamlined manner. Thank you to all involved!!

The woman who helped me complete my daughter's test was excellent and very friendly. She made the test experience easy by giving very clear directions and found the balance between maintaining clear boundaries on safety and ensuring that we were cared for. The man who checked us in was friendly, however his directions were vague and left me feeling a little confused on where to go and park for the test.

This is my 2nd time doing the drive thru Covid testing and this experience was perfect. Outside of going to one on my own, I heard feedback from family and friends across the US who have had pretty challenging experiences. From long lines, to incompetence, to mixing up final testing results. We drove in and it was very well organized, safety was number one and they were swift in getting us in and out of there!

- Verified patient on 3/30

Fast, efficient, get the job done and then move on. With adding COVID testing to our routines every time we get a stuffy nose or sore throat: this is the most important thing besides accuracy of the test and getting the results as quickly as possible. Actually, that is one area that could improve. Instead of a possible 2-3 day wait time; could we get results within 12 hours?

- Verified patient on 10/30

I had to bring my young son in through a drive through testing site due to travel requirements. The staff were friendly and efficient. documentation was clear and straight forward and staff explained things clearly to myself and my son. Delightfully surprised at how smoothly the process went. Would recommend for anyone needing covid testing.

- Verified patient on 8/19

Enjoyed our quick and efficient service. Loved how simple, direct on procedures and protocols. I forgot my face mask in the rush of making it to our first appointment and thankfully was provided one shortly before starting the test. Loved how accommodating the facility was to combine our appointments into one, instead of having to make multiple trips back! We were in and out in less than 5mins! Not bad for 2 people testing at the same time!

We came from out of state and unlike CA, a lot of places in the. the state of WA require an appointment to be tested for covid. Luckily, we were directed to this place and were able to get tested via drive thru. Staff is super friendly and wait times were exceptional in the middle or the day on a Sunday. Definitely recommend this place!

- Verified patient on 10/31

Staff explained process, and were kind as I had never been tested before and I was nervous. We had our paperwork completed before we arrived and were in and out, both tests for my daughter and myself in under 5 minutes. It was really hot that day. Efficiency and kindness appreciated. I will go back there if I happen to need testing again. Thanks!

- Verified patient on 8/14

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The process was smooth and efficient. I arrived at the check in time 15 minutes before my appointment, and was back home (very nearby the testing site) by the time my appointment was scheduled. The nurse was so sweet with my 4 year old son, did what she could to keep him excited about having a swab swirled inside his nose.

I was early for my appointment. I was processed right through since there was no line. The staff at intake and sample collection was great. When and if I need a test, this location will be my go-to! I’m very thankful that I was able to so easily schedule. And that the testing was so well handled! Good job all.

- Verified patient on 4/12

Easy to schedule, easy to find, pleasant informative staff, quick process, clear instructions. Everything I hoped it would be. Makes me less stressed about scheduling a test if I need another one in the future. The online video of the process on the Snohomish County Health Department site was incredibly helpful as well.

- Verified patient on 10/15

The staff were helpful and kind, even when the person in front of me was obviously being disrespectful to them. The app was easy to understand and use, the instructions on-site and over the phone were clear and easy to understand, and I got through the testing process quickly and easily. I appreciate their care for all patients.

- Verified patient on 10/27

I was a little confused on directions upon arriving. Specifically, were to pull up because the site had two check points. The staff was helpful in directing. Staff was super friendly and easy to work with. The staff who administered my test, reassured me and helped me count as I swobbed my nose. Using a QR code was helpful to access results. It’s nice to have a semi-close location for lower Snohomish county. I called to confirm the location of my appointment and the staff was super helpful. Easy sign up. Easy test.

I went to the drive through Covid testing site at Lynwood . Had an appointment and there was almost no waiting time . Staff was very polite and efficient. I chose this location because it’s open on weekends and I needed an RTPCR testing for travel within 72 hours from my departure date. I will surely visit this site and recommend to others .

This was my first experience with getting a COVID test. At each step, staff members gave clear instructions and the process went smoothly. There was a short wait, but not bad. I appreciated the staff’s friendliness especially with their having to be out in the weather. I thank them for being there for the community!

I have not needed to experience this test process. I had a little apprehension just because it was something new/diferente. Thank you to the 4 staff members that helped us today. This was an easy process and the test was not horrific as I’d reviewed on the internet. We shouldn’t believe everything you read, this drive through test was simple and potentially uncomfortable but not painful. I’ll have it preformed again if the situation warrants it.

This site is very easy to get to from our home. My husband and I book appointments and complete paperwork online to help reduce wait time. The staff at every point was friendly, courteous and very careful when explaining the testing procedure, taking all precautions to reduce exposure. We love drive thru testing!

The Ash Way testing site is staffed with friendly, efficient folks. The sign-up and pre-check-in are easy. If it's your first time getting tested, they will talk you through it and if you've done it before, they are speedy. I hope I don't have reasons to test going forward, but if I do, I would choose to come back here.

I have had to be tested twice, and also several family members over the last year at the Snohomish County Health Disrict drive thru sites off Broadway and at Ash Way. The sites are well run, on time, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and warm. My family has never had a bad experience. The drive through testing is so convenient and pleasant that I would rencourage anyone who can drive to use it when they need Covid testing. Thank you to all the staff who run the sites for this service and support to the community.

Carl was PHENOMENAL. Today you guys are test running a new system and Carl was able to work me into the schedule even as a drive up with no pre-scheduled appointment. He was kind, he was patient and he had a wonderful attitude. Linda my nurse whom administered my booster was gentle, communicated clearly and showed me compassion when I was afraid of the needle. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

Lynnwood Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
