My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. Thank you staff and provider for being on top of things.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

My worse nightmare of needing an urgent care visit on a Saturday at 6pm. Surprisingly I found Carbon Health Urgent Care with several appointments available. The checkin as a first visit was so easy and I was seen IMMEDIATELY. The physician was attentive, thorough and so friendly. The checkout was amazing, she helped me find a 24 hour pharmacy to get my prescription

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who is at risk of contracting hepatitis should get tested. This includes individuals who have been exposed to infected blood or body fluids, have had unprotected sex with an infected person, have shared needles or other drug paraphernalia, or have traveled to areas with high rates of hepatitis. Additionally, healthcare workers and people with chronic liver disease should also consider getting tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it helps in early detection and treatment, preventing severe liver damage and reducing the risk of transmission. According to the CDC, many people with hepatitis do not experience symptoms until the disease has progressed, making testing even more critical.
