I have asked 3 times for a call back from management of this urgent care and although staff assured me they sent an email every time I requested I still have not heard back from management. I have concerns about ethical treatment at this urgent care and no t getting a response from management leaves me little options but to report my concerns to my insurance provider Medicare and BCBS.

The staff was exceptional! They were considerate and understanding. I did have a long wait time (2hrs) but the place was busy. A lot of sick patients. The staff earned their paycheck today.
