I walked into Indigo thinking I would have to wait without an appt. Well to my surprise, I got right in there. I mean I barely sat down and the called me back. I haven't had to wait to be seen, as many times that I have been there you would think I would have at least one disappointment... Nope, and today they had only one provider. I have been lucky when visiting Indigo urgent/multi care. The providers have always been caring and all other employees have been so pleasent. I recommend all that need medical attention to give them a try and I bet you come out of there with the same attitude as mine! Thank you Indigo employees for being so awesome! I will return!!

Friendly Staff

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Doctor blew off everything I said , wasted 250$ For visit to get 20$ mouth wash . Would not recommend… staff was amazing. Still have the same issue with no end in sight. The doctor just tries to get through as many people as possible it’s all about the money but the people again like the tech the nurse the front receptionist were amazing. The doctor couldn’t care less didn’t even look at the issue literally sat in his chair and talked the whole time for about four minutes I would not recommend going here if you really have an issue. ( Dr. Simranjit ) go anywhere else .

This was a follow-up on my Covid test, since I took the test too soon. The swabs were padded, and they weren't pushed way back. What a relief! Everyone there is very friendly, and the girl who took my vitals remembered me from last time.

This boat was not a good experience-:( I went to see a practitioner but the front desk ask me to fill up an application which made it to be only COVID test, she should have explained to me first. She just assumed. I am healthcare worker my self, I would like to tell her not to assume ask your patients what they want and what they are here for. Now they are going to charge me 2x because her miscommunication, It would be nice if she explain things better and not assume, when I ask her she told just fill it then after I went to the room they told me they are only going to Do a COViD swap I said no I came here to see a Dr or practitioner, I want them to check my throat. Anyways the MA went back fix something and got me a nurse practitioner and did a throat swap too but when I ask her to write a Dr note for work since I can’t go back before my COVID result is back she told me thats she can’t because she didn’t see me for covid, I don’t understand she can see it they just swapped me right there. The MA also said it is going to consider as 2 visits and they will charge me 2x. It was a bad experience but the MA was wonderful though.

Quick and easy! I was completely done and on my way home within 15 minutes of my arrival. The staff is on top of their game when it comes to being organized and they were friendly to boot! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience...and my test results were online for me to view in less than 24 hours. I would most definitely recommend. Impressive setup they have managed to set up there. 5 stars!

This is my second time getting tested with this facility and I cannot recommend them enough! The staff are so sweet and thorough and answered all my questions. The wait time was a little long but considering how quickly they moved through so many people before me, they were super efficient and that made me feel at ease. The test was easy, how I'll get my results was explained thoroughly and I left feeling positive and empowered. Thank you for picking my nose for me!

I've unfortunately had to get tested a few times because of possible exposures at school. Everybody has been very nice and helpful, I haven't had to wait long at all to get the test done and my results have always been quick. I appreciate having a free testing site in town.

- Verified patient on 4/15

The testing site was a group of tents that we remained outside of so I can’t really judge cleanliness. Everything look sanitary as far as I could see. The drive through, check-in, and testing was very well organized and didn’t take any longer than 15-20 min max. Staff were very courteous and helpful. I would test at this facility again should the need arise.

- Verified patient on 9/6

Excellent service from staff. They were patient, informative, efficient and friendly. The line was well marked and out of the main traffic. A little extra wait time than our appt was for but completely understandable given the high amount of people testing right now. Would definitely recommend this testing center. 10/10.

We had been wanting a covid test and we remembered the sign. We drove there and were happy to see we didn't need an appointment. They inputted our info in a quick proffessional manner, passed us to the test booth and we were done in about 10 minutes total. Thank you.

- Verified patient on 10/9

The testing was easy to find and easy to do. I only waited for about 3 cars in front of me with no appointment (Thursday night 5 pm). The call in line was very courteous and helpful. The only downside was the website for appointments which I could never get to come up. Otherwise, super smooth and I’ll be back for my next one in about 2 weeks.

After hearing horror stories about COVID testing, I was reluctant. But, feeling it was the responsible thing to do, I made the appointment and drive the 15 miles. No regrets! This is a self- administered test: you out the swab in your nose 1”, twirl 10 times in each nostril and out it in the vial the person is holding for you. Total drive and test-60 minutes. Worth it! Should get my results in 24 hours and will know if my symptoms are COVID or something else (like reaction to air quality). Stay safe

I had a very positive experience yesterday when I was visiting the covid testing site near Enumclaw Washington. The staff was professional and friendly and as it was my first time getting tested so I was a little apprehensive and they were very reassuring. Thank you so much for offering this service. Essence was so incredibly kind (I’d just been sobbing all morning finding out I had been exposed because I’m a single mama and this literally came at the worst time) but she was amazing and the nurse who tested was also very nice. Thank you for making this an easy experience

Was able to make an appointment for early afternoon in the middle of the night when my son woke up with a fever. Came 20 minutes early to his appointment because we didn’t know if there would be a line or paperwork to fill out. There were only a couple cars ahead of me and it went very quickly; we ended up testing and getting back home before his original appointment time. The provider was friendly chatting with my 4 year old and made the nose swab painless for my 6 year old. He was actually giggling while she administered it.

- Verified patient on 11/11

My wait time was great because I saw the huge lineup of cars waiting, and the very short line for walk up testing, and chose to walk up. The drive up situation was not good, even dangerous. People couldn’t get into the lot on one side, but there wasn’t any warning signage to let drivers know it was one-way, resulting in people backing up and congesting an already small street. Please add signage and another traffic director!

Was able to get a Covid test at a free drive through facility. The staff was was very friendly and knowledgeable. The set up was very impressive. My grandson who had visited me texted that he tested positive for Covid. I'm very grateful there was a place so conveniently located that I could go to be tested. Thank you!

Was real super easy. I had a drive up appointment and the lines for the drive thru testing was packed. A site worker gave me the option to go thru the walk up line which was empty. So I did and was out of there in less than 15 minutes . I got my results within 30 hours on a real easy to navagate web site. So yes, I was very pleased with the test site and would recommend .

We had appointments, so it was nice to see a designated appointment line. The staff was professional and courteous, the line went smoothly. We've not done this kind of test before and found it very efficient and it was great to get the results in a timely manner (less than 24 hrs) that we can pull up on our phones or print out. We needed the results for a Hawks game and came as soon as we could since they require a test no longer than 72 hours in advance. If the results had taken 3 days to get, we may not have been able to attend the game.

Our hopes were dashed thinking Christmas was canceled after we had a close contact confirmed case. I went to 3 stores looking for a rapid test, but no luck. We drove up to the test understanding that it would be after Christmas before we got the results. But an angel appeared and after hearing our story brought out a rapid home test. I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas present. Thank you so much for not only working Christmas Eve but also giving us a chance to be with our family.

I have gotten tested here twice in the last 2 months! The same staff was there the 2 bf time. They are very friendly! Make you feel comfortable and explain the process thoroughly! Couldn’t have had a better experience! Everywhere else it’s very hard to schedule and get tested! I love that this is a drive up testing

- Verified patient on 4/30

I called and had someone help me schedule my appointments which was helpful. The wait was not bad at all and the line was long, but we got through it quickly, which was surprising but such a relief. The staff was very patient, they were kind to my children and me, they explained to my kids how they’d be doing the Covid test and explained that it won’t hurt and would just feel funny. My kids did great and got over being so incredibly nervous. Everyone who spoke to us were very kind and patient. This was a much better experience than so expected (We had never been tested before) and I was so nervous I would be yelled at or lectured for being 5 minutes late but they did not mention it which helped my anxiety pass. I do not suggest being late of course, I am just thankful that I wasn’t treated poorly for it. Thank you!

- Verified patient on 10/4

My experience was great! The greeter and administer were both super friendly and helpful with the process! I would absolutely recommend coming here for testing, but remember to book an appointment and input all of the information needed beforehand! It makes the process way faster, I was there for maybe 10 minutes!

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it.
