Friendly Staff

I came in because I was experiencing congestion and a cough. I did not have an appointment but was able to see a doctor within 15 minutes. The front office staff was friendly and efficient, as was the PA. The doctor was amazing! She asked for pertinent info and addressed all my questions and concerns. I especially appreciate that she made direct eye contact when we spoke and really listened to my concerns. I felt she truly cared and considered what I shared. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND FIRST IMPRESSION!

I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I recommend to go to Carbon Health at Eastvale Merge. Should I ever need the service again, this is my place of choice. Thanks Carbon Health! I feel so much better today!

Turns out the medication I was prescribed has not worked on my bronchitis, if that’s what I actually have? I will have to go to a real doctor, not a PA to get a correct diagnosis. A waste of my time and money. They want me to go back for another diagnosis. So they can get it wrong again. No thanks!

Anyone who is sexually active should consider getting tested for STDs, especially those with multiple sexual partners or those who do not regularly use protection during sex. Getting tested for STDs is crucial for maintaining good sexual health. Many STDs do not show symptoms, so regular testing is the only way to be sure of your status. Early detection and treatment can prevent long-term complications, such as infertility, certain types of cancer, and organ damage. It also helps prevent the spread of STDs to others.
