My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

Everyone was fantastic. All the children's urgent cares were full so we took my son in for a persistent fever on advice of our pediatrician. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt like we got excellent care.

check in is always nice and quick and immediate which is what we appreciate the most. The nurse that greeted us and got us started was very friendly and welcoming.  The provider named Miguel is not very personable and asked us what’s our goal to be there.. that question threw us off a little. He treated us like a business and it was just here ok here is your prescription have a good day.  I’ve seen him in the past and felt uncomfortable that I didn’t move forward with any suggestions he provided in the past. Appreciate that he gave me and my son prescriptions but he didn’t really explain to me what was going on with me but did with my son. Wished he didn’t treat us like a transaction he tried to complete.  No, I do not recommend this provider.

Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone who has been exposed to blood or body fluids of an infected person, shared needles or syringes, had unprotected sexual contact, or has traveled to countries with high hepatitis rates should get tested for hepatitis. In addition, those born between 1945 and 1965, or anyone with a history of liver disease, should also consider getting tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it allows for early detection and treatment, which can prevent serious liver damage. According to the CDC, many people with hepatitis do not know they are infected, as symptoms can be mild or non-existent. Early diagnosis can also prevent the spread of the disease to others.
