Usually when I use little spurs the wait time is no more than 15 minutes or so. To wait an hour to get seen was kind of crazy. Overall great service. The wait time was just unnecessary.

The scheduling and actual visit were great. When I walked in I checked in on the screen, got a text with a link to pay which I did. Shortly after someone came to the front desk but didn’t speak to me. There was nobody else in the office but I waited about 15 min with no staff interaction before I finally asked if anyone knew we were there. She said they had a “procedure” in the back. We were called shortly after, and the visit was quick. I was bothered by her lack of engagement or interaction prior to my initiation

It was very busy and the wait time was horrendous. I felt so bad for the one doctor they had on staff. I was beyond frustrated because she had a situation that took her over 40 minutes to tend to. If you had multiple doctors on staff that would have taken some of the pressure off her as well as the other patients waiting to be seen with impatient tired babies. I understand wait times but at the high cost I pay, it’s not okay. One’s she was in the room she was very nice. But I almost left and refunded my money

Staff was very friendly! The time-management of the office is poor. I had a 2ish appointment that was booked at 11 in the morning. Got there at 1:44, wasn’t taken to a back room until 2:40, and finally seen by a PA/doc at 3:20.  I get it can be busy, but then what’s the point of scheduling ahead of time if it still takes another hour and a half to be seen?  Better off to be walk-in’s.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone can contract hepatitis, but certain groups are at a higher risk. These include individuals who have been in close contact with someone infected with hepatitis, those who have traveled to countries with high hepatitis prevalence, healthcare workers, people who inject drugs, men who have sex with men, and individuals with multiple sexual partners. If you fall into any of these categories, it's essential to get tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial because it's a silent disease that can live in your body for years without showing any symptoms. During this time, it can cause significant damage to your liver. Early detection through testing allows for prompt treatment, which can prevent liver damage and the spread of the disease to others.
