I have been miserable. I don’t like going to the doctor because I think “I’ll get better”. Went to acute care. OMG. In and out within 30 mins. The provider gave me multiple RXs to deal with my issues. Horrible cough, congestion, headache, itchy eyes…definitely miserable. Four days later…feeling better.

Scheduling was easy, I did it the night before. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line according to their link, and there didn’t seem to be many people there. Still, it took over an hour to be taken back and nearly 2 hours when all was said and done. This is my Urgent Care clinic of choice, but I’ve never seen this doctor before and it’s never taken this long in the past. Still, I would continue to use this clinic. Staff were friendly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy promptly.

When checking in at the Texas MedClinic waiting time was lengthy,but once we were called to the back. The Medical Assistant was absolutely very Thorough has a excellent personality I would like if Esther skills were passed on to the intire team. The Doctor also was very thorough and explaining over the treatment and follow up. I diffently would recommend this facility.
