Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Just quite quick and not super thorough analysis of my symptoms and just threw antibiotics at it, when it had all the hallmarks of a viral infection. Didnโ€™t seem to have deeply considered all the symptoms and what it could be (ex: bacterial infections donโ€™t typically cause yo-yo fevers like the one that I have; those are much more common with viral infections, yet he still said I should take antibiotics). No shade on the PA, as he seemed nice enough, itโ€™s just that he didnโ€™t seem to really critically engage with the issue or give me much more than about 20 seconds of โ€œthroat red, take antibioticsโ€ (even with a negative strep). The PA the other day was much more thoughtful; listen to heart, listen to lungs, look at earsโ€ฆ Overall, I really appreciate how clean and quick and organize the offices. Itโ€™s just this follow up visit did not inspire confidence in this PA or really add much value to my figuring out how to get better

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who has been exposed to the virus should get tested for hepatitis. This includes those who have had unprotected sex, shared needles, or have come into contact with infected blood or body fluids. Additionally, if you were born between 1945 and 1965, the CDC recommends getting tested, as this age group has a higher prevalence of Hepatitis C.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it can lead to severe health complications if left untreated, including liver disease, liver cancer, and cirrhosis. Early detection can help prevent these complications and allow for effective treatment.
