Had been feeling ill for a couple of days naturally my wife had to force me to go to the med plus, needless to say they were all standing room only so I just went back home and got back in the bed. Wife woke me up a little later and said get your tail back there before they close, so I went. I was one of two people took less than 10 minutes to sign in and was back seeing the nurse who was also the receptionist. She was very cordial and the doctor was amazing, very calming, caring and all had great bedside manners. Should let him be my primary doctor for sure.

Unfamiliar with the options for Urgent Care, in the Cullman area, led me to visiting Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, based on a trusted friend providing an excellent referral and personal recommendation, for myself, and my two kiddos, of whom have all experienced these unpleasant sickly germ infested symptoms, for going on 3 days…  Not only was the staff, beyond exceptional with personality, there was a flare for professionalism and informative conversation, from the very beginning, during a call to confirm insurances and scheduling nuances, but upon arrival, it was to be noted that, that this level of unmatched kindness and compassion and efficiency, was the standard of each and every interaction, of which we were so fortunate to be engaged with, throughout the entire process of our visit! Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness!  I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! Huntsville urgent care was exactly what I needed. I was having an issue with my foot and leg. Upon arrival was checked in immediately. The wait time to see a Doctor was minimum. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks Huntsville Urgent care. I will definitely recommend.
