Exceptional service and experience! Great atmosphere and very clean facility!!

Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.

Dr. Rita was great and all the staff too !  Scheduling was fast!

2nd time here, both visits were easy to check in, short waiting time with courteous and friendly staff.

Scheduled an appointment but was waiting over an hour despite only 2 patients in front of me to see a nurse for 2 mins. Paint stripping of the wall and run down.

Nurse Bridget was amazing! Hands down the best NP I’ve ever met. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. 100% recommend her.

Everyone was extremely nice and kind. From the receptionist, down to the physician. We have found a place that we can rely on when needed.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Super easy to book, the staff was SO nice (the woman at the front desk was beyond friendly) and they were punctual in seeing us and quick to treat. Highly recommend!

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

A great friendly staff and quick service, would definitely go again and recommend to anyone needing their services.
