Needed a prescription for my thyroid and also to see if I had a sinus infection. I got my prescription, but was told I had fluid in both ears and never got meds for a sinus infection. Tried to call but it was after hours so no one answered.Need lab results.

Great staff! The ladies at the front desk were very nice and they were helpful. My check-in and payment process experience went efficiently and seamlessly. My triage nurse when I was called to the back was very nice and knowledgeable - very kind. Excellent bedside manner. My practitioner was very knowledgeable and thorough in assessing my health issue. He was kind, thoughtful, and his bedside manner was excellent! I will return when in the future the next time I need medical care.

After having a sore throat on Thursday around 2 PM, I was able to log in and schedule an appointment at 11:48 on Friday, and be diagnosed with Covid within a matter of about 45 minutes. The care team was very nice and friendly and they said they could tell I did not feel well. Even though it sucks to be diagnosed with Covid for the first time, the staff was nice and comforting.

Omg!!! Their fast and efficient as can be depending on the patients.. I went back quickly with severe lower back pain and was treated with a five star treatment even after I arrived home as they called the next morning just checking in on me and how I was. They followed up again several days later. WOW is all I can say. The treatment is way too awesome compared to any Dr Offc I’ve ever been in. Fairhope surg Care is a 5 Star for me!
