          I made an appointment online. This was my second trip to this urgent care in a month. They are very thorough and they called me with my test results same day. My only request, staff should wear name tags identifying their position.

          Front office staff could have been more professional.  The Nurse Practioner was wonderful.  She was warm and caring, explained everything really well, and the suggestion she offered was spot on.   Scheduling was great, checking ok, care superb.
