The staff was exceptional! They were considerate and understanding. I did have a long wait time (2hrs) but the place was busy. A lot of sick patients. The staff earned their paycheck today. Other than that it was a very good visit and I feel confident the staff acted in my best interest. Hopefully soon this flu will pass.

I have concerns about ethical treatment at this urgent care and no t getting a response from management leaves me little options but to report my concerns to my insurance provider Medicare and BCBS.
