Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

I hate doctors!!! ย But this was the best experience ever. ย Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash. ย The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations. ย I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew. ย Five Stars!

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

The nurses were very professional and friendly. They introduced themselves and said what they were going to do. The Doctor was professional and extremely nice. He explained everything to me and what he was going to do about the tests etc. Overall a very good experience.

As far as friendliness and bedside manner the doctor was great. The nurse who did the test was very short patient and standoffish. There were no pleases or thank yous. Just commands and impatience. If I have to return please give me a different nurse thank you.

I made an appointment about 8:30am,I was given a appointment for 9:10 about 20 minutes from my home. I had half hour wait ; I when office and was tested and given my test results by Doctor. In 20 minutes. The was fast and efficient; great service. Have recommended it to my friends

I arrived at 8:30 with 8 people in front of me. I was getting the rapid test and wasnโ€™t seen until 11:30. But I guess thatโ€™s the way it is. Everyone was very nice, including the Dr. The girl who took my test was very unpleasant. She cut me off 2 times while I was telling her something. ( maybe a bad day lol)

It was very good. I m sorry though that I did not ask for a Lab Covid test instead of Rapid. The wait time was really long but otherwise all staff including Dr. Green were wonderful. My stomach is hurting now I think from the meds but now dont know what to do. Thank you

The first staff and doctor could not do enough for me after testing positive to Covid. Actually sent me to the ER for even more help. The hospital called me to say I had pneumonia and go to urgent care just so the can take a listen. Also I had a sinus infection plus Covid had settled in my back I couldnโ€™t hardly walk. So I went back and they refused to see me because my 10 days wasnโ€™t up. Even after I told them how bad I was. They told me to come back on Sunday which was my 10 day. I took a turn for the worst. It was horrible pain I was in, I had a very hard time breathing. Went back on Sunday and the dr couldnโ€™t have been nicer. Nurse told me that was really upsetting that they turned you away. So now I am on an antibiotic and steroid which I wish I wouldโ€™ve started on Friday I am out of work for another 4 days. Which I was out the whole last week. I was told my quarantine was up on 11/13. Hopefully returning to work on Monday. I just started my job only working 3 days. I know it is no oneโ€™s fault I go Covid, but I wish I wasnโ€™t turned away on Friday.

I made a 5pm appt for a Rapid covid test for my daughter. People walking in were told it was a 1.5 hour wait. We did not get taken back and seen until 6:15. If appts wait as long as walk ins, why take appts at all?

I only went to Riverside because an appointment was not required for a covid test. It took over an hour to be seen for the test. I was told it was because only 1 Dr was on duty, but I never saw a Dr. Check in staff was less than friendly. Medical staff was great.

Came in for a covid test. I was symptomatic and felt awful. I did not have to wait long for my test results. They did a full assessment on me and gave me advice on what to do if my symptoms worsened. Overall, very sympathetic.

Took almost 2-3 hours to get my daughter a COVID test but besides that everything was clean and the staff were all very friendly.

When I asked if my husband should go in to the treatment room with me to make it easier to administer our 2 travel Covid tests at the same time, the medical assistant made a sarcastic remark to me about not wanting to be away from my husband. Then we waited a very long time in a treatment room for his test result. Another worker finally came in to give it to us, saying she found it just sitting in the printer. Upon leaving, we found the attending medical assistant sitting at the front desk area talking with the other workers when she should have given us our results much sooner. Very poor customer service.

I had to wait in my car tell someone call young lady who called me introduce herself. I forgot what free sad her name was, she asked me a few questions but answer them he told me to come inside and check in I checked in with a nice young lady he asked me to wait in my car until they call me for my testing. When I was cold in I was greeted by a nice young lady set took my temperature and my testing I waited 15 or 20 minutes for my test results which came out negative which I was very appreciative all in all my visit at Urgent Care was very pleasant everyone there was very pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone thank you

Due to a miscommunication of my Doctors instructions concerning covid testing prior to procedure, my getting the procedure done was at risk. I am thankful to your staff and Doctors for their ability to get me in for the needed rapid testing I needed to keep this scheduled procedure on track. I appreciate their help and professionalism, especially the front desk staff for getting the results faxed to my provider ASAP. Thank you!!

The check in process was a little rough. The woman that checked me in was not the most pleasant person but I will chalk it up to Covid. When trying not to yell my info to her because of the masks she seemed to be annoyed that she could not hear me. I wish for the front desk staff they had better accommodations to check patients in. I know it can be very frustrating to have people just stand there and stare at you while you are trying to do work that needs to get done before you can help them out. I wish people in general had more patience when it comes to not knowing what goes on just because there is not a person in front of the employee. Todd the gentleman that took my vitals and administered the test was amazing. Haley the PA was also amazing. I would recommend Riverside Urgent Care and if I needed to I would go back to the facility.

Very good place for my first time appointment! Had to get test done and the doctor and staff were very thorough and dedicated to their tasks! Unfortunately the wait time for registration was long (1 hour) due to high demand during the week before holidays.

Cinnaminson Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
