I had a scheduled appointment in Bryant, but upon arrival, I discovered that the power was out. Unfortunately, I was experiencing a power outage at home as well. The front desk attendant was unprofessional and seemed eager to leave due to the lack of electricity, informing me that she was uncertain whether the doctor would remain to see patients. I subsequently left and traveled to Benton, where I received a warm welcome and was treated with respect and professionalism. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, considerate, and courteous, as were all the individuals I encountered.

The staff was exceptional! They were considerate and understanding. I did have a long wait time (2hrs) but the place was busy. A lot of sick patients. The staff earned their paycheck today. Other than that it was a very good visit and I feel confident the staff acted in my best interest. Hopefully soon this flu will pass.

Fast, easy, Clean, professional and attentive!! This is the place to be for urgent needs. I am from out of town visiting and had to get an immediate appointment and lab test. From the moment I walked into this beautiful clean office, I was greeted with a smile, with a thank you, ย with a โ€œwe got youโ€ . I was in the examining room maybe five minutes. The nurse triaged and talked to me with understanding and concern. She was easy to get talk to, knowledgeable and concerned. The nurse practitioner/ doctor that I saw afterwards was just as pleasant and attentive. they listened to me and went over every detail. I was out the door in probably 30 minutes. Iโ€™m most grateful. I would recommend this office 10 times over. ย The staff was phenomenal.
