Exceptional service and experience! Great atmosphere and very clean facility!!

2nd time here, both visits were easy to check in, short waiting time with courteous and friendly staff.

Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.

Great experience as always.  Saw the nurse Practicioner this time and she was very thorough.

This is so convenient and it’s very professional. Thea doctors here are very detailed and efficient. It’s better than going to my PCP,  honestly.

Wait was long. Patients are scheduled very close together and cannot be attended at the rate they are scheduled.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.
