Had a 3-4 day history of cough and head congestion. I have a colonoscopy in 1 week so really wanted to avoid having to reschedule as I already had to wait 6 months after scheduling due to Gastros busy schedule. I got the appt scheduled quick, waited a little over 30 min to be roomed and the PA was prompt, thorough, and had a great bedside manner. Thanks so much for seeing me.

Overall the experience was fine. This office is very dirty though. The floors were covered in hair and dust and we were one of the first patients. While waiting in the room you can just tell the room is not taken care of. Gunk on the walls and dirt on the floors. Additionally the bed has a lot of build up gunk and girl in the crevices. This office needs a revamp or very deep deep cleaning. I didnโ€™t feel comfortable touching a lot of the chairs and beds in the office.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone who has been exposed to certain risk factors should get tested for hepatitis. This includes individuals who have engaged in unprotected sex, shared needles, or have been in close contact with a person infected with hepatitis. Additionally, people born between 1945 and 1965, as well as those with a family history of liver disease, should also consider getting tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it can lead to serious health complications if left untreated, such as liver cirrhosis and liver cancer. Early detection can help prevent these complications and can also prevent the spread of the disease to others.
