Havenโ€™t had a primary care doctor in a few months, I was having a hard time finding a new one close by, and what a blessing it was to find out this place will see me as my primary care doctor. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and they had great personalities. I enjoyed talking with each and every one of them.

It was easy to get in but everything this sweet NP told me was wrong. I wasted 200 hundred dollars to be sent to ER. No treatment whatsoever from American Family. ER said I was fine. No Alcohol in my system. Liver fine. No tremors and no need for CT scan. Also was told blood pressure was high but at ER it was totally fine. Heart fine. Blood Panel fine. So in other words, yโ€™all got free $200 and you didnโ€™t even have to do anything so thanks literally for nothing. But the staff was kind got in quickly but who wouldnโ€™t get in quickly if they want to take your 200 bucks? Sorry but true. All I needed was rest and hydration.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I contacted your office bright and early to set the earliest appointment I could my body ate and hurt from the top to my toes. I have severe fibromyalgia and it was attacking me pretty hard today. I never had felt this type of pain before the doctor that I had today was very helpful, understanding he listened to what my problems was and was able to try to help me as best as possible. Recommended that I seek a position at the hospital if the pain continued thank you so much. I will recommend you again in my life. Youโ€™re very kind.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone who has been exposed to blood or body fluids of an infected person, shared needles, or had unprotected sex with an infected person should get tested for hepatitis. This includes individuals who have multiple sexual partners, men who have sex with men, and those who have a history of other sexually transmitted diseases. Additionally, healthcare workers, those with chronic liver disease, and individuals born to a hepatitis-infected mother should also consider getting tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial for early detection and treatment. Hepatitis, if left untreated, can lead to serious health complications, including liver damage, cirrhosis, and liver cancer. It can also be unknowingly spread to others. According to the CDC, many people with hepatitis do not know they are infected, emphasizing the importance of regular testing, especially for those in high-risk groups.

Free STD testing and community health centers

For those with limited resources, free STD testing and community health centers provide accessible healthcare services. While these centers may not offer the same convenience as urgent care clinics or primary care providers, they are a vital resource for many in the community.

At-home testing

At-home testing kits for hepatitis are also available. These kits provide privacy and convenience, but it's important to ensure they are FDA-approved for accuracy. If you choose at-home testing, follow-up with a healthcare provider to discuss your results and next steps.
