Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who has been exposed to the virus should get tested for hepatitis. This includes individuals who have had unprotected sex, shared needles or other drug paraphernalia, or have been in close contact with someone who has hepatitis. Additionally, healthcare workers, travelers to certain countries, and those with certain medical conditions may also be at risk. According to the CDC, all adults aged 18 and over should be tested for hepatitis C, regardless of risk factors.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it can lead to serious health complications if left untreated, such as liver disease and cancer. Early detection allows for immediate treatment, which can prevent these complications. Furthermore, knowing your status can help prevent the spread of the virus to others.
