Fantastic experience!  PCP had no appointments before the weekend.  I was pretty sure I had an UTI.  Advanced was a blessing. Scheduled on line. Showed up. I was able to give my sample before the appointment even began. Megan was wonderful!  She is a gem! Keep her at all costs!  Great front desk service welcome and the medical attendants were so sweet. Everyone was engaged and had wonderful bedside manner.  So thankful!

It was a strange visit. The PA at times didn't think i had a sinus infection. At times she didn't know or think it was bacterial or a virus. She wasn't sure what to prescribe. She changed the prescription she was calling in, because I knew it wouldn't work. She called in a different script then told me to wait to see my acupuncturist or chiro. She told me to go to my ENT and get a protocol. An ENT isn't going to see me for one infection in one year. She had good bed side manner. She seemed very scared to prescribe with me being on my new med. I think this clinic needs over sight from an MD.

Woke up still feeling sick, sore throat, constant coughing, head cold, body aches. Scheduled an appointment online and upon check-in about 45 or so minutes called back to get checked and seen by nurse practitioner. Kind and professional mannerism, along with friendly staff.

NextCare Urgent Care, Longmont - 2144 Main St, Longmont

The doctor told me that the antibodies test I was about to take was highly inaccurate. (Another doctor from your same facility told my husband that the test is highly accurate.) Then the doctor told me that even if I have antibodies, I should get the vaccine to be better protected. When I told him that I had heard that the people who are having the most trouble with the vaccine are the ones who already have antibodies, he said, “I’ve been an army ranger. I’m not afraid of pain,” He was arrogant and condescending.

I wish I was informed that there was no Rapid Covid Tests available. I wasn't informed until after the test had been done. I was expecting results not 1-3 day wait. Please update your websites with this information.

NextCare was able to get my daughter in for a rapid COVID test very quickly. While we were there, the physician suggested that we get her a rapid strep test and a rapid flu test. I totally forgot about strep throat and the flu when all we hear about is COVID. I was grateful for their recommendation. The staff was friendly, timely, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this facility and will plan on using it again.

I went in for covid testing. I did not have an appointment but the whole process took less than 20 minutes—probably the fastest urgent care visit I’ve ever had. The provider was very helpful in describing the process and next steps for results, the whole thing was totally painless.

Excellent response for my Covid test and great attitudes by all whom I saw and spoke with.

I was able to go online with the help of one of the staff and get to see a doctor and get a rapid COVID-19 test. I didn’t have COVID-19 however, a sinus infection which the doctor call in a prescription for me. Great and outstanding! Thank you Nextcare in Longmont!

The staff is quick, friendly and professional! They work hard! I’ve been there several times for Covid tests and always see the same smiley faces! Thank you for taking care of our community NextCare staff!

Th staff was great! My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to talk to someone at the facility to confirm that I could get the test that I wanted prior to me waiting until they called to say I was next. I did call the customer service line and they were super nice but since they weren’t at the facility they couldn’t give me the concrete info I was looking for.

I was there for a Covid antibody test and I was in and out quickly.

Very sweet lady answered the phone, answered all my questions. Great follow up after test results were given.

Process process went exactly as described by the website. The test was quick and painless and we had results in minutes.

There was no wait time for me. Test results were very quick.

First time user and believer! Nextcare made it super easy and the staffer providing the covid test was just awesome, he was sensitive with the swab and we joked the whole time. My only complaint would be the website mislead the services and process causing an extra trip. Someone answered the phone by the second ring each time which is just unheard of in this pandemic environment.. kudos!

They came to our car for the test. Great job! Greatly appreciated

I went in for a rapid Covid test. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and were very informative. I didn’t go inside so I don’t know how the facility was but the drive through works great.

- Verified patient on 5/28

I appreciate the kindness of the nurse who did our covid test!!

As one who tested positive for Covid . the 2 gentleman I had the honor of dealing with were FAR BEYOND professional, and made the entire process simpler then I imagined and treated me with absolute concern and respect!!!!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I would like to say thank you for everything I encountered today! And with all of the negativity that seems to be going on in the world right now, the way I was treated by 2 of your employees today, actually gives me hope for humanity. And I hope that their professionalism is recognized by your organization !!!

Did not enter facility. Waited 20 minutes after person ahead of me pulled away from test site. Area behind facility (test site) is an alley. As it was a windy day, there was litter in the area.

- Verified patient on 1/22

Wanted a Rapid Covid test and the whole process could not have been easier. The provider was so professional and put me immediately at ease. I walked right in.. No wait time! It was very easy to book my appointment line. The fee was expensive but worth it for my peace of mind!

- Verified patient on 9/29

I never went inside. ALL Covid testing and sign-up was done outside by instructions clearly stated on their front door and windows…. and I briefly waited comfortably in my car. Easy to navigate the website. Quick test and fast results! My only concern is in re: to the paper result copy you get. It looks almost “homemade” and is in funky print black-n-white. A colored document would “appear” so much more professional and legit. I just hope the “professional Concert event” that I’m attending this weekend will except it as real and legitimate, and won’t think that I made it up myself. It honestly looks like something I could have typed up at home by pulling some “standard form” off the Internet. I am one of those people that came here to get a test NOT because I was ill, but because I needed to show that I have had a TRUE negative result in the past 48-72hrs. as is REQUIRED by this facility, and which I DID!! I thought : “YES, I am UN-vaccinated (for my own personal reasons) but, I am WELL, and I can therefore attend a performance in a very nice and well established performance hall, likely even sitting shoulder to shoulder, because I Legitimately went out of my way to make this test happen.” However, this doc falls short of “appearing” top-notch professional, EVEN THOUGH everyone I came in contact with either by phone or in person at this facility was incredibly professional! An identification stamp, an attached colored brochure representing the clinic, or even a “live” signature (added just before handing it to me) would’ve been better than this. I am just hoping and praying that this works to admit me to this special event, which was always my intent for doing this in the 1st place. Maybe my comments here will help in some small way to improve the professionalism of the documentation that you receive after getting your test done. Everything else about this facility was extremely pleasant and swift. And the employees were terrific! Wait Time = wonderful. Check-in = swift. Booked thru my smart phone. My cost for this test is YTBD due to not knowing up front, because I never called my insurance provider 1st. But I wasn’t worried about that from the get-go. It’s a great place to SUPPORT!!

Longmont Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
