I’ve had an issue with my left ear for a while now and that’s why I went in. The Dr was very helpful and listened to everything I had to say. Checked me over and looked in my ears. Set me up with a prescription to pick up for my issues. Great job. Wait time was jut fine about 10-15 minutes about what you would expect. Online scheduling was very easy.

Dr. Williams and his wonderful Staff saved my finger that would of been amputated if not done now, my ring was embedded in my hand and it had to be cut off which appeared impossible! After having a sore throat on Thursday around 2 PM, I was able to log in and schedule an appointment at 11:48 on Friday, and be diagnosed with Covid within a matter of about 45 minutes. The care team was very nice and friendly and they said they could tell I did not feel well. Even though it sucks to be diagnosed with Covid for the first time, the staff was nice and comforting.
