I had been sick since Friday 11/29. Early 11/30, I awoke & logged into the site to make an appt. Dr. Merkle & AJ were patient, took the time to explain things to me, and it was just an overall nice experience; chair side manner for both was a grand slam!!

Went there yesterday morning not feeling well i checked in and not even five minutes later i was getting called to the back i wasn’t even there for 15 minutes in and out service very friendly staff

American Family Care got me signed in and my physical done in a short time and I was on my way

I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly.  They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing.   They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. Overall good experience. Good work Team!!!

Had developed sinus infection after a week of head congestion. Walked in and waited about 15 min then in and out easily.

Great location for us, and fantastic people! Very reasonable wait. My PA was attentive and personable.

I loved my doctor!! She was amazing and I love her and hope they don’t move her but I know they will.
