Come in late in the evening, was told it would be a 2 hour wait. (Not unexpected for an urgent care in the winter.) In and out in 1hr 15 mins! Great care, fast, friendly.

I felt that the wait time for my appointment was rather long considering I had an appointment. It took over 2 hours for me to be seen. However, I understand this is largely out of the staff control, and apart from that I had one of my best experiences at this urgent care tonight. The doctors who I interacted with were thorough and asked me several questions to help develop a course of treatment as well as next steps if my symptoms don’t improve. Usually at this urgent care I feel like I’m in and out with no real benefit, but tonight was different and I had a great experience.

Went in to get a PCR test for travel. Walked in the lady up front was amazing, explained very thing to me and get me in for a test. The person who performed the test was also amazing. Explained everything to me and was very efficient. I would recommend ***x over.
