The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

When I checked I was told the wait time would e approximately an hour but was more than two hour wait with an appointment . Definitely easy scheduling online, granted it’s an urgent care, but when prescheduling and arriving early at your request there should not be a wait time, especially as walk-ins that literally just walked in were taken ahead of a scheduled apt. Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.
