It was excellent.  Received excellent care. Scheduling online is easy as is checkin. The staff and caring recd were awesome.

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

My cough and chest congestion was COVID! I'm so glad I went to Next Care urgent care. My scheduled appointment time was honored and the staff was attentive. The doctor was very informative and prescribed me meds.

Walked in and was seen right away. The entire staff was super friendly. When you’re not feeling the best, to know that someone cares, will make you feel better almost instantly. Thanks and kudos to the staff for taking great care of me.

Omg what an amazing staff! As soon as I walked in with Frozen Shoulder pain listening to Other patients coming in and with my eyes closed waiting to see the Doctor everyone was so loving and patient! That is a hard hat to fill for all day they hear from people who just don't feel good and I am sure they are grumpy like I was! I Dreaded having to to go there but I have to say what an awesome staff Doctor Nurses you have there! I will definitely suggest them and if I get in another emergency I  will go there!

New to area (just moved here) my son drove me to your facility as closer than St David after a surprise visit to my apt. He knew I was not feeling well. I was treated right away. Dx w L LL Pnemonia and script for 2 antibiotics. Treated by a Nurse Practitioner!!!😍I was very pleased as I am a retired Hospital RN and have twin identical BSN nurses! One at MD Anderson -Houston and works as ER nurse in Des Plaines Illinois. .

My appointment was great! So easy to schedule online and check in at front desk when I walked in. They called me back fast and after only a few minutes wait, the doctor came in. We chatted; she was super kind and understanding of my issues going on. Amazing bedside manner!  Prescriptions were called in and boom I am doing much better and on my way to feeling good again.  So happy I have this place to go to when I can’t make it and or get in at my regular PCP. Also glad they are there when I have emergencies with my kids. Thank you so very much :)

People at this facility was very great at their job, did fantastic. I would recommend anybody to go there for help.

it was on Friday after my primary care physician had closed for the weekend. Going to a Doc in a Box was the last place that I wanted to be! But, my daughter suggested this clinic that was under a new medical group.  I am so glad I decided to go there! What a wonderful staff! So helpful and caring! They helped me with my enrollment process! and kept me informed about the next step! It was an unhurried appointment! I didn't feel like I was just another number. They treated me with respect and kept me informed all the way.  My PA who talked with me was in no hurry. We talked about my medical history and a new medication that I had started recently (but had taken in the past with no problems). Before long, we both agreed that it could be causing some very severe side effects! I will always remember this sweet woman who took extra time to help me on a moment  of anxiety on a Friday night!

I’ve always had a good experience here.  Walk-ins welcome.  Wait on average an hour.  Staff courteous and compassionate.  PA and nurse top notch.  Efficient and feel like it was worth the visit.

Got the appointment time I wanted. Was seen at exactly when my appointment time was. Treated with a  friendly caring staff. My medical issue was quickly resolved.

Scheduling was easy, I did it the night before. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line according to their link, and there didn’t seem to be many people there. Still, it took over an hour to be taken back and nearly 2 hours when all was said and done. This is my Urgent Care clinic of choice, but I’ve never seen this doctor before and it’s never taken this long in the past. Still, I would continue to use this clinic. Staff were friendly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy promptly.

Great staff, no wait time, and got results back quickly. I couldn’t do all of what I wanted to do done though, as I was past the time I could do it in.

I had an appointment and arrived early. It was a really long wait with one person in front of me. Staff was awesome though. I didn't really feel that I had to be seen by so many different staff members and technicians (4) just for lab work. Never got a call back on rapid results.
