Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I was told on Tuesday to come back today for wound care and this time I saw Dr. Sharma. He was wonderful. Very kind and gentle and shared lots of information about my problem. I can't say enough for the Kenmore Urgent Care department and the people that work there. If you can't get it to see your regular doctor when you need to, don't hesitate to us this option.
