Stayed up all night with my knee hurt all night and I went to indigo and they said it was a infected knee  bursitis and did expats and looked at it real good and said they were giving me antibiotic and stay of that leg

I have good experiences with this clinic but for a clinic to forget about me for over an hour is kinda ridiculous. They lost my paperwork too. They did apologize but totally unprofessional.

Excellent staff and easy schedule. Office staff and doctor were excellent. They took their time to evaluate problem and recommend medicines solve problem.

My visit only took 2 hours (without an appointment). Once taken in the exam room they completed a thorough exam without any delays. Very pleasant staff /experience when I was not feeling good.

The Medical Assistant and Physician were professional, kind, helpful, considerate and absolutely wonderful.  I was told that my condition needed to be seen in person so I paid a co-pay for the video visit and had to pay a co-pay again when I went to the office visit.  That was unexpected, but I did get the necessary medical care.  Thank you.

I slipped on the stairs in my apartment building and within a few hours, my ankle looked like a giant deformed water balloon. Made an appointment at the Indigo clinic by Wright Park. The staff was helpful and efficient. They took an xray right there.,  gave me a brace and I was on my way! It was efficient and easy peasy. I highly recommend this facility

My family and I have always had great experiences with urgent care

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
