When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time? Made the appointment...showed up and no one was there. Tried to call the local number but it was disconnected...there was no answer on the general number. Eventually a nurse showed up and explained that there were no physicians in the office....and the visit would be virtual...I was never told this when I made the appointment....this experience wasn't great. The Doctor was fine...did the exam with an iPad and the help of the nurse.
