Had pain in my ear called and was told to come right in.  Checking was good I thought I would have gone in sooner to see the doctor because I had registered online but it wasn't too long of a wait.

Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

Had to get a drug screening done for two employers.  I was attended to in a timely fashion.  Staffs were friendly and extremely helpful.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Woke up with this rash type of thing on my forehead and my eye was hurting as well. Decided to walk in and they took care of me in a snap. My second time coming here. I love this place. They're fast and professional but most importantly great doctors.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!
