She has been very helpful in many areas of my life in that time. She is intelligent and able to keep up with my fast paced communication style. The fact that Lutheran has a Pain Psychologist under the same roof speaks for itself. I do not want to forget reception. Most doctors offices I have visited I feel like I am putting reception out by even walking in the door, no eye contact, long waits and having to call multiple times just to set an appointment are the norm in my experience. not at Lutheran Spine, I am always greeted within a few minutes of walking in regardless of how busy they are at the moment. When I call in they answer the phone more often than not and when I do leave a message they always return my call

Great people and they are all very friendly. They will approach you under the pretense that they are there to help you. However, their main objective is to siphon off your bank account through your insurance company. First, they bill your insurance far more than what is considered reasonable to treat your condition. Insurance pays what is reasonable. Months later you receive the bill and you are left wondering how they could possibly justify the thousands for dollars you are now being told you have to pay.
