          I fell and hurt my back and went to your facility. They took xrays to see if anything was fractured or broken. No injuries except bruising. Every staff member was nice, calm and patient. I wished this was my PCP. It was a pleasant visit. I would recommend it to anyone.

          This is the best urgent care I've ever been to the people were very friendly. The doctor was great and very thorough. I usually have anxiety when I go to a new place for the first time, but I felt no anxiety this time because they were so friendly and didn't even cross my mind.           I scheduled an appointment to have stitches removed from a finger. I was able to get in very shortly after arrival and the physician was very friendly and professional. She removed the sutures quickly. My experience exceeded my expectations ! I would recommend Advanced Urgent Care!

          Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

          Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.
