The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Check in was easy. I was a walk in. The staff that attended me were amazing. Thank you!

Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

I’ve been nursing a few blisters on my feet which have been painful and possible infection.  Quick check in and saw the Doctor within 15 mins of arrival.  Got some recommendations and antibiotics for the sores and out the door.  Good experience at this facility today

Had a cut from shaving. It bled copiously for 4 hrs. Staff gave me salve to put on it and instructions for if it happens again. Staff was friendly and caring. Would recommend them.

I was bitten by something & had a swollen area on my leg. Booked an appointment online & was able to choose my appointment time. I arrived & was called into the office in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly & easy to talk to. The PA that I saw quickly diagnosed my issue & prescribed what I needed. She made sure that I understood how to use the medication before I left the office. I recommend this location to anyone needing care.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.
