          I scheduled online for a specific type of appointment.  When I went in, I was told that type of appointment can only be done at specific times. There was no indication on the online scheduling platform. While the receptionist was not rude she was not helpful.

          I've gone to other "urgent care" facility' and did not realize how lacking they were until I went to AFC.
